value-added support offerings. We offer a range of services, including:
On-site Installation Support. Faster and easier than reading the
installation manuals, we can help you install and tailor our products for your environment
and business needs. Combined with our hands-on training offering (see below), our
customers have been able to get "up and running" in as little as a day or two.
Hands-on Training Sessions. Network support, systems administration and
operation personnel all need to understand how to make effective use of our products. Our
training sessions combine product presentations (with supplied hand-out materials) and
hands-on demonstrations of the products. During the Q+A session we can answer your
specific questions, including how best to use our products to meet your individual needs.
Customized Programming. Our products are usually most effective
if they replace older systems with little or no impact on other existing applications. We
can utilize our programming services expertise to seamlessly
interface with these existing application or we can modify them to natively interoperate.
Turn-Key Implementation. For organizations looking for fast results
with the least impact on their programming and support staff, Systematic offers
"turn-key" implementation of our products. On our own, or in conjunction with
your designated contact person, we will install and configure our products, supporting
systems and networks. We will also modifiy or customize existing applications which need
to interact with our products. We will also work with your staff, to ensure that the
completed implementation is smooth and successful.
Follow-up Product Training. This can be particularly helpful, should
new staff begin working with our products, or when you are planning new ways to use our
software.
