New Training and Support Services Available

In conjunction with the release of Version 1.2 of its StoreConnect software as well as new releases of their HostConnect/NT™ and HostConnect/4690™ products, Systematic Software Solutions, Inc. announces the availability of on-site installation support and product feature training.  Customers subscribed to the Level II Service Plan are eligible for this support at no-charge, upon request.

 Whenever a new release of a product is available, the challenge is to learn its new features and to understand how to best use them in your own environment . By rapidly deploying the new release in a test environment and receiving “hands-on” on-site training, users will quickly master the new product functionality. By exploring various “real-world” examples,  such as ASM (software maintenance) and remote administration, users can evaluate the best ways to implement these functions in their own enterprise.

 By including on-site installation support services, Systematic helps your staff “fast-track” the installation or upgrade process.  As a result, your staff will be fully utilizing the powerful new features available with this release, in no time flat.

 The Level II Service Plan is a premium level of maintenance support, that adds on-site support to the standard product maintenance offering. Customers wishing to add this support to their existing maintenance service should contact Systematic.  Naturally, this on-site support is also available to customers requesting it, on a time and expense basis.
